The product is made from commercial cannabis varieties and contains no THC or CBD. Hemp kernels contain 25% protein, 31% fat and 34% carbohydrates, as well as 20 amino acids, including eight essential ones. It is a real treasure source for the human body, containing vitamins A, B, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, E, F, PPF + high content of pectin.
There are 35-40 grams of plant protein per 100 grams of product. Globular proteins – edestin (65-67%) and albumin (33-35%) are well absorbed and are responsible for the formation of enzymes in the blood plasma and the formation of antibodies. Albumin binds and transports vitamins and micronutrients through the blood, thus helping to strengthen the immune system, regulate metabolism and hormonal balance.
Hulled hemp seeds have a perfect ratio of OMEGA-3 and OMEGA-6 fatty acids, which are not synthesized by the body and must be taken in with food. They also contain OMEGA-9 stearic and oleic acids. 75-80% of all fatty acids are polyunsaturated and are involved in immune system modulation, brain growth and development, gonads, kidneys and skin.
Hulled hemp seeds are exceptionally rich in vitamins and micro and macronutrients. Of particular note is a high amount of vitamin E, iron, magnesium, zinc, manganese, calcium, potassium, sulfur, phosphorus, well assimilated due to the content of fatty acids in the seeds. One of nature’s few sources of phytin and meso-inositol prevents fatty liver (which is associated with protein deficiency), and is also important for muscle and bone growth, as well as stimulation of blood formation and vascular regulation.

How to store
